Please check our "Terms & Conditions" in the section entitled "Return of Goods", to see if you are eligible to return goods to Beauty2u. If so, please login and the click the "Your Account" link from the top of the page. Select "Order History" on the left and then click the "Details" button on the order that contained the goods you wish to return. From the "Order" Page, tick the items you wish to return and then click the "Return Goods" button. This will send us a request that you wish to return some goods. A member of staff will examine the request and you will receive an email to confirm that you can return the goods. The email will contain instructions about how and where to return the goods to. The email will contain a unique reference for your return called "an RMA number" which must quoted on all returns. Returns received at Beauty2u.com without an RMA number attached cannot be processed and may get lost - so please be sure to quote the RMA number and do not return goods without having followed the instructions stated herein.
