By visiting or shopping at the Beauty2u.com website (“Beauty2u”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully and if you do not agree to the terms and conditions then please shop elsewhere. Variations to the terms and conditions are only applicable if agreed in advance in writing by KleverStuff. Beauty2u.Com is owned and operated by KleverStuff Ltd (“KleverStuff”).

All materials related to health information are provided for educational purposes only. Furthermore, some of this content comes from third parties and unless specifically stated, KleverStuff does not vouch for the correctness of such information. You should always consult a medical professional regarding the applicability of any opinions or recommendations with respect to any symptoms or medical condition.
CHILDREN
Parents should always supervise their children while online. Beauty2u is not designed nor intended to collect personal information from children under the age of thirteen. So that we may comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act, we ask that children under the age of thirteen not provide any personal information on this website.
QUANTITY AND DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES AND GOODS
The quantity and description of the Goods shall be as set out on Beauty2u. Representations of colour are approximate due to the limitations of photographic and calibrations of different output devices. Where a product name implies a particular colour the product itself may not necessarily be that colour.
Beauty2u never substitutes alternative products for the ones you have ordered.
PAYMENT
Payment of the price of an order must be received by Beauty2u and cleared before delivery.
Payment can be made by any major credit or debit card and will be debited and cleared from your account before the despatch of your Goods. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
DELIVERY OF GOODS
Beauty2u makes best endeavour to ship orders received for “in stock” goods the same day, so long as the order and cleared funds have been received by 14:00. Beauty2u can make no guarantees about when goods will be dispatched. If you wish to cancel an order that has not yet been shipped, then Beauty2u will accept the cancellation request and refund any monies paid, so long as goods have not been picked or dispatched at the time that the cancellation request is received.
The method and address for delivery shall be as specified in the buyer’s order.
Risk of damage or loss of the goods shall pass to the Buyer on delivery.
In the event that we are unable to supply any goods, we reserve the right to decline to supply ordered goods in which case we will communicate to you at the earliest possible time and will immediately make a full refund.
If you provide us with a wrong delivery address and your goods are signed for by another party, Beauty2u cannot be held responsible for any loss you incur as a result.
WARRANTIES AND LIABILITIES
KleverStuff warrants that goods will, at the time of delivery, correspond to the description given on Beauty2u. If you purchase a product and on receipt it is clear that it is materially different to the description on the site, KleverStuff will accept a request to return the product. Warranties on goods are as per the manufacturer’s warranty. This terms of the warranty will be stated in the information that accompanies the product when it is delivered. In some cases, for higher value items, the terms of the warranty may also be stated on Beauty2u.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
This site is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. No representations or warranties of any kind are made, express or implied, as to the operation of this site or the information, content, materials, or products included on this site. You expressly agree that your use of this site is at your sole risk. To the full extent permissible by applicable law, KleverStuff disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. KleverStuff does not warrant that this site, its servers, or e-mail sent from this site are free of viruses or other harmful components. KleverStuff will not be liable for any damages of any kind arising from the use of this site, including, but not limited to direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, and consequential damages. This does not affect your statutory rights.
RETURN OF GOODS
Beauty2u can only accept returns under the following conditions
• Damaged goods (either during or before delivery)
• Incorrect goods (you were shipped the wrong items)
• Incorrectly described goods (goods clearly do not match the product description)
In all cases, you must contact us within 7 days of receipt of goods if you wish to return goods.
Due to the nature of the products we supply we are unable to offer the right to cancel an order after receipt of goods, simply because the customer changes their mind.
In the case or returns, it is up to the customer to return the goods to Beauty2u at their own cost in no lesser condition than they were received by the customer. If the return meets the criteria stated above, the customer will be credited with the full value of their original order including delivery charges (or a proportion of the delivery charges if only part of an order is returned). The customer may choose to be shipped a replacement product or to have a refund.
We aim to make the returns process as simple as possible. Please read the instructions on the “Customer Service -> Returns Policy” page which explains how to return goods. Please note that any goods returned without an RMA number cannot be processed and may be discarded
